Collage
Upon completion of the Primitivo Collection (December 2020), I joined a drop-in collage class with Alexandra Sheldon, an artist from Cambridge. I hoped to learn more about techniques of collage, to enhance or augment the images seen in the Primitivo collection. The class has been so much more than a how-to workshop.
As you will see in the following works, I have jumped off the cliff with painted papers, lines, and composition. I’m just getting started, but I want to acknowledge and thank Alexandra Sheldon for pushing me off.
