Thank you for visiting. I have been an artist forever, but my work is ever changing. As a child I copied the “masters” and drew in my parent’s art books. As a teenager I took lessons and lessons and lessons. As a young adult I majored in art at Skidmore College and decided that I was “no good.”
Since then my identity as a painter has grown and changed. I have become an observer, participant, and celebrant of color, line, and space. I have used most mediums, more recently collage and paint together to tell whimsical, magical, and loving stories. My plan is to find joy, humor and peace in each painting I create. I hope you find it, too.
